Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of UniversalBench, operated by Nikhil Gogulwar trading as Universal Bench. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
UniversalBench provides AI execution infrastructure via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You can connect your AI in two ways: directly using your personal MCP URL (...workers.dev/u/ubk_yourkey) or via an OAuth flow on platforms that support it (base endpoint: ...workers.dev). Either method gives your AI access to Python and Bash execution, web search, database connectors, GitHub integration, LLM routing, and more.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for your API key security. Rotate your key immediately from the dashboard if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use UniversalBench for any lawful purpose. You must not use the service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content
- Attack third-party systems or conduct security testing without permission
- Send unsolicited bulk communications
- Mine cryptocurrency or conduct computationally wasteful activity
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Resell access to the service without our written permission
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Billing and payments
Free tier. Every account receives 1,000 free executions per calendar month, resetting on the 1st.
Free tier changes. We reserve the right to change the number of free executions at any time. Any reduction to the free tier will be communicated by email at least 14 days before it takes effect for existing accounts. New accounts created after a change announcement are subject to the new limit immediately. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Wallet top-up. Once free executions are exhausted, calls are deducted from your prepaid wallet at $0.008 USD per execution. Minimum top-up is $5.00 USD. Wallet funds do not expire.
Payments. Processed by Stripe. All charges in USD. We do not issue refunds for unused wallet credits except where required by applicable law.
5. Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to code, data, and content you process through the service. We retain all rights to the UniversalBench platform, software, and brand.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Bench is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Anonymised usage telemetry
To improve the service, we collect anonymised data about which tool capabilities are requested but not yet available. Specifically, when your AI requests a tool function that does not exist in the current version of UniversalBench, we log the tool name, the parameter keys (never the values or any content), and your account tier. No code, data, credentials, or any content you process through the service is ever stored in this telemetry.
This data is used exclusively to understand which capabilities to build next and to measure how long it takes us to close gaps. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. You may request deletion of your telemetry records by contacting us.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
You may close your account by contacting us. We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Remaining wallet credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
